The Response Pledge

Most new-grad applications disappear into silence. The pledge is a public promise that yours won’t, checked against what students actually report.

  1. 1Pick a reply window: 7, 14, 21 days. Every applicant hears back within it.
  2. 2A rejection counts as a reply. An automated “we received your application” email doesn’t.
  3. 3Only applications made after you pledge count, and only once their reply window has passed.
  4. 4After 10 applications, if fewer than 60% of applicants report hearing back in time, we remove the badge. (Not 100%, because some students forget to log replies.)
  5. 5A removed or withdrawn pledge can be taken again after 90 days.
  6. 6It’s free. We don’t sell badges, and paying us can’t change a Response Score.
